Jamie Grayson is the Executive Director | Founder of People Of All Colors Succeed Organization, also known as POAC Succeed.
After spending over two decades in the financial industry as a senior executive, Jamie has always been drawn to people development. Through POAC Succeed, Jamie believes by learning from those around you opens the door for new relationships to form.
The passion Jamie brings to his work stems from his days as a collegiate athlete while attending Missouri Western State University. The grit and desire Jamie leads with for encouraging all to get off the sidelines and into the game for change in culture, climate, and community is his sole purpose for why POAC Succeed exists today.
Jamie received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Missouri Western State University, he later completed his Masters Degree in Education from William Woods University, and later became certified as an Equity Trainer through the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business.
Jamie’s goal is to encourage all to get off the sideline and into the game for the change we wish to see in all communities.
Dr. Tracy Platt - President of Educational Strategies
With an M.Ed. in Education Administration from William Woods University, Tracy solidified her expertise in guiding educational institutions toward excellence. Her dedication to fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students and educators has been a driving force throughout her career. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
Her educational journey commenced at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, where she earned her first M.Ed. in Elementary Education. This foundational experience instilled in her the value of empowering young minds and shaping leaders. Before embarking on her path in education, she delved into the complexities of the human psyche, earning a B.A. in Psychology from Chaminade University in Honolulu, HI. This understanding of human behavior has been a crucial cornerstone in her approach to fostering inclusive learning environments.
Drawing from a wealth of knowledge and insights, she has dedicated over two decades to public education, serving in pivotal roles as both a teacher and principal at both elementary and secondary levels. This diverse experience has granted her a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities that educational institutions face in today's dynamic world. Now, as a member of POAC, she is excited to apply her expertise to address the pressing issues of equity within schools and organizations. Her Ed.D. in Educational Administration and a lifelong commitment to learning position her to guide others in adopting proactive strategies that promote a sense of belonging and acceptance for all.
She firmly believes that education has the power to shape lives, dismantle barriers, and build bridges. By partnering with POAC, we can create transformative educational experiences that empower individuals from marginalized communities, allowing them to flourish and reach their fullest potential. With a focus on empathy, understanding, and action, she is determined to pave the way for a more equitable and inclusive educational landscape.
